The staff’s behavior is shockingly unprofessional — careless, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic courtesy or responsibility. The pharmacy staff, in particular, have absolutely no sense of urgency or respect for patients. They act as if they are doing a favor by simply doing their jobs. Mismanagement, delays, and rude responses seem to be their standard procedure. It’s disgraceful for a medical institution that claims to care for people’s health. The hospital’s overall coordination is just as bad — long waiting times, zero communication, and no accountability from anyone. Patients and their families are left confused, frustrated, and helpless, while the staff stroll around with complete indifference. If this is how your hospital operates, it’s a shame. Such negligence and attitude can put lives at risk. Immediate action must be taken to train your staff on how to behave, communicate, and do their jobs with basic humanity and efficiency.
